A purpose-built facility for food processing equipment
To support our food and packaging equipment operation, we run a purpose-built stainless steel facility called KMF Special Products. The facility enables us to fabricate a multitude of complex assemblies for the food processing equipment industry.
This ensures the separation of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, which is important so there is no cross contamination. We are one of only a few sheet metal fabricators that manufacture stainless steel in a separate facility to prevent rust and contamination.
Our stainless steel environment is a centre of excellence, with its own suite of press brakes, weld bays, pedestal drills, band saws and finish bays dedicated to food grade stainless steel fabrication.
All products are developed from concept to delivery in the tightest of time frames, to create custom stainless steel products for the food processing industry.
We manufacture all components to meet stringent food processing industry inspections and the highest quality control needs.
Our facilities also boast advanced capabilities in glass bead blasting, MIG and TIG welding, component assembly and electro-mechanical integration.
