Our CNC punching machines operate 24/7 and can handle a wide range of sheet material types and gauges ranging from, 0.5mm to 4mm in mild steel, zintec, galvanised steel, aluminium, stainless steel, copper, brass, and pre-coated steel.
Our network-linked CNC punches are programmed through RADAN software. Dynamic nesting is used extensively to minimise material wastage and drive cost efficiencies.
To further enhance efficiency and operator safety, all of our cutting machines are supported by automated material storage towers.

Punching power on hand
CNC metal punching machines at KMF include 3 x Trumpf TruPunch 5000 series. In addition, we have Trumpf Trumatic 6000 and Trumatic 7000 combination laser punches with a maximum working range of 3 x 1.5 metres.
Our high-productivity CNC punching machine tools can be used to emboss, form, countersink, bead, contour cut and engrave.
Competitive CNC punching
CNC punches can create many shapes, from simple circles or rectangles to overlapping geometrical 3D designs. Our CNC punches and laser combination machines are capable of producing parts with complex geometry without the need for additional tool changes or increased set-up costs.

Flexible automated systems
The CNC punching capacity enables KMF to meet the demands of all customers, from one-off prototype components to high-volume production runs. We use Stopa storage towers to feed our CNC punching machines. Each tower can store 90 tonnes of raw sheet metal.
