Apprentices and Staff Aim To Raise £3000 for The Big Sleep Out

Twenty-two apprentices and staff members from KMF Group will be braving the cold to support a number of local charities.

They are taking part in The Big Sleep Out, which returns to the BET365 Stadium on Friday 27th February.

Participants get first-hand experience of what it’s like to brave the elements overnight as they bed down inside the Boothen End concourse and Boothen End stand.

The event starts at 6:30pm in the evening and ends the following morning at 7am, with participants provided snacks, breakfast and entertainment throughout the night.

Team KMF is aiming to raise £3000 for charities including Stoke City Community Trust, The Macari Foundation and Connect 2 Combat, who support The Macari Foundation in their work tackling homelessness across Staffordshire.

Gareth Higgins, Group Managing Director at KMF said,

“Were delighted to be supporting a number of local charities by taking part in The Big Sleep Out. This promises to be a special night where people from across the city come together to raise vital funds to help tackle homelessness.

“It’s great to see so many of our apprentices and staff embracing the challenge, with our aim to raise £3000.”
