KMF is now Cyber Essentials certified!

At KMF, keeping data secure is extremely important to us. Cyber threats are all around us and with greater reliance on digital products, they've only become more prominent.

As part of our commitment to cyber security, on the 16th of November 2023, KMF became Cyber Essentials certified. This provides our customers with peace of mind that we're protected against the most common types of cyber threats such as phishing, malware and password breaches.

The Cyber Essentials scheme has also provided our team with a greater understanding of cyber threats and ensures that we have processes in place to protect against them.

To ensure we met the requirements of the Cyber Essentials certification, our IT provider collected information from across our business. This included who had administrative access, the version and jailbroken status of company phones, the security of networks, the strength of our passwords, software usage and user management for employees.

The certification offers many benefits to our business and our customer base. The key advantages include:
