Choose an Apprenticeship at KMF?
Our social media over the next few weeks will heavily focus on National Apprenticeship Week which takes place from 5th to 11th February 2024.
But apprenticeships aren’t just something we focus on for a few weeks of the year at KMF – they are an essential part of our business, we are hugely passionate about them, and embrace that they are a fundamental part of the company and its growth and progression. There are already a number of case studies and articles about some of our apprentices and mentors on this website, and that’s something that we will continue to champion throughout 2024 and beyond.
Basically, we fully understand the true value and benefit that apprentices bring to KMF. That’s why we invest so much time and resources into them – and will continue to do so.
The National Apprenticeship Week is now in its 17th year. It is a showcase and celebration of apprentices, employers, training providers, assessment organisations, parents, schools, colleges, and universities. The build-up and the week itself promote the benefits of apprenticeships and connected skills offers, showcasing progression opportunities, exciting new occupational standards, and lots more. It’s a fantastic week and gives a very public focus on the benefits that apprentices bring to companies.
WHY UNDERTAKE AN APPRENTICESHIP AT KMF?
Technical Education has been transformed in recent years through programmes such as apprenticeships and T Levels – and we fully support and embrace that. That’s why our apprentice’s willingness to learn and fresh outlook embodies our business ethos at KMF, and that’s why we place huge emphasis on the quality of what we provide.
We could provide generic positive statements about apprenticeships to show the esteem we hold them in – but we think it would be better to highlight our track record instead.
