ISO Accredited manufacture
KMF is one of few UK sheet metal manufacturers to hold four ISO accreditations – one of the most respected and reputable, management system certification bodies. Accreditation means that KMF is assessed against internationally recognised standards and operates to the highest levels of quality and service. It also means the company is independently evaluated for its competence and performance capability. Our accreditations reduce risk to our customers and give us complete confidence that we can supply exceptional quality every time.

AS 9100: Quality Management for Aerospace
AS 9100 is the internationally recognised Quality Management System for the aerospace industry operated by the International Aerospace Quality Group. Standards cover quality assurance in design, development, production, installation, and servicing, the maintenance, repair and overhaul of parts and the stockholding and distribution of aerospace /defence parts. This accreditation covers our UK Precision Sheet Metal Facility and our dedicated aerospace fabrication unit, KMF Advanced Solutions.
ISO 9001: Quality Management
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised Quality Management System standard applicable to all sizes of business and a business improvement tool. ISO 9001 Quality Management certification help firms to improve and streamline operations, reduce costs and demonstrate strong and effective corporate governance. ISO 14001: Environmental Management
ISO 14001 is aimed at improving environmental performance, and the certificate can help firms deliver regulatory compliance as well as meet supplier requirements. It helps make daily operations more sustainable, saving money, enhancing brand reputation, and improving our ability to adapt rapidly to change. ISO 45001 Health and Safety
ISO 45001 sets out the minimum requirements for occupational health and safety management best practice. It provides guidance on the policies, procedures and controls needed for organisations to achieve the best possible working conditions to meet internationally recognised best practice.
