KMF wins Best Practice in training awards

KMF (Precision Sheet Metal) Limited's investment in education and training has been recognised at the prestigious MWP Awards held at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole during the recent MACH 2010 exhibition.

In achieving its position as the UK's leading manufacturer and integrator of precision sheet metal components KMF (Precision Sheet Metal) Limited has recognised the value of employee development as a key tool in winning new and maintaining existing business.

Investment in both technology and skills plays a vital role in the company's development. The award for Best Practice in Training at the MWP Awards in Birmingham confirms that the commitment being made by KMF is one that is recognised by industry and academia as extremely worthwhile.

The winning of the award was down to a team headed by Jenny Conlon, KMF's Training Centre Manager.

Those involved with training at KMF are focussed on delivering the best employee/apprentice development available, making full use of the dedicated 'in-house' training centre
